Winter Gardenz Greenhouse Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Locations

Winter Gardenz ships all greenhouses to the nearest Mainfreight depot due to their weight. The standard shipping cost is as follows:

• $160 to any Mainfreight depot.

Customers are responsible for arranging pickup from the designated Mainfreight depot. A trailer is required for transport, and the depot will use a forklift to load the greenhouse onto the customer’s trailer.

2. Packaging and Components

All Winter Gardenz greenhouses are packaged into separate boxes to facilitate safe transport and assembly:

• Glazing Box: Contains glass or polycarbonate panels, rubber seals, and related accessories.
• Frame Box: Includes framing components, a component bag, assembly instructions, and shelving slats (if included in the order).

3. Unloading Requirements

Upon pickup, customers must unload greenhouse components carefully. Panels should be unloaded one at a time, with an estimated unloading time of 20–30 minutes per crate. Customers are required to use the provided foam for edge protection and stack panels securely. Components may be integrated directly into the assembly process or stored as needed, following the provided instructions.

4. Assembly Instructions and Support

Winter Gardenz provides detailed printed instructions packed in the frame box, and instructional videos to guide customers through the greenhouse assembly process. The videos are available at: Installation Information and Videos.  Instruction manuals are available to purchasing customers.

Customers are encouraged to review these resources prior to assembly to ensure proper setup.

5. Greenhouse Weight and Packaging Specifications

All weights are measured in kilograms (kg). Detailed charts outlining the sizes and weights of greenhouse packaging are provided below for reference.
