Add the perfect finishing touch to your greenhouse with these elegant cast aluminium ridge finials. Measuring 624mm in length and standing 130mm proud of the ridge line, they recreate the classic Victorian greenhouse aesthetic while offering practical benefits.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with standard greenhouse glazing panels, the 624mm length ensures perfect alignment along the roof ridge:
- A 6ft greenhouse requires 3 finials  
- An 8ft greenhouse requires 4 finials  
- A 10ft greenhouse requires 5 finials  
- A 12ft (3844mm) greenhouse requires 6 finials  
(and so on – simply divide the greenhouse length in mm by 624 for the exact quantity needed).

Not just decorative, the pointed finial tops gently discourage birds from perching and fouling on the ridge – keeping your greenhouse glass cleaner for longer and reducing the risk of damage to ridge seals.

Finished in a durable powder-coated black (other colours available on request), these lightweight yet strong finials are quick and easy to install using the supplied fixings. A small but impactful upgrade that instantly elevates the look of any aluminium or wooden-framed greenhouse to full traditional Victorian charm.

How Do I Place an Order?

You can purchase through one of our retailers, or directly through our website. Buying through our retailers offers free shipping and expert support.

Are Your Greenhouses Made in New Zealand?

Yes! Our greenhouses are made in our factory in Kumeu and are Certified New Zealand Made. Designed for local conditions, they offer durability, support, and peace of mind.

Do I Need Consent?

Most kitset greenhouses don’t require consent if under 30 square metres. Larger models or public installations may require documentation, which we can help provide.

Kitset Greenhouse Delivery

Greenhouses are shipped to the nearest Mainfreight depot due to weight. You’ll need a trailer to collect them, and the depot will forklift the crate onto it.

What Tools Do I Need for Assembly?

  • Cordless impact driver (with supplied 10mm nut setter/socket)
  • Phillips head screwdriver
  • Set square, spirit level, tape measure
  • Scissors or sharp knife
  • Bucket of warm soapy water (helps with rubber beading)

How Difficult Is Assembly?

Watch our installation videos to decide. Most greenhouses can be built with patience and time, but if you'd rather have it assembled professionally, check out our installation services.

For reference, a 8x8ft greenhouse takes two people about a day to build.
