Accessories generally ship out within 2-3 days of payment. Accessories under 1m long will go via NZ Couriers, longer ones like shelving, shade covers, doors, or longer parts/glazing will be shipped via Mainfreight. Once it leaves our warehouse you will get a tracking email.

How to Change Your Lomi Filter
  1. Unplug Lomi and let it cool completely.
  2. Open the filter compartment by removing the back cover.
  3. Take out the old carbon and dispose of it.
  4. Refill the filter with fresh activated carbon.
  5. Secure the cover back in place and plug Lomi back in.
  6. You're good to go! Enjoy a fresher, odor-free kitchen.

How Do I Place an Order?

You can purchase through one of our retailers, or directly through our website. Buying through our retailers offers free shipping and expert support.

Are Your Greenhouses Made in New Zealand?

Yes! Our greenhouses are made in our factory in Kumeu and are Certified New Zealand Made. Designed for local conditions, they offer durability, support, and peace of mind.

Do I Need Consent?

Most kitset greenhouses don’t require consent if under 30 square metres. Larger models or public installations may require documentation, which we can help provide.

Kitset Greenhouse Delivery

Greenhouses are shipped to the nearest Mainfreight depot due to weight. You’ll need a trailer to collect them, and the depot will forklift the crate onto it.

What Tools Do I Need for Assembly?

  • Cordless impact driver (with supplied 10mm nut setter/socket)
  • Phillips head screwdriver
  • Set square, spirit level, tape measure
  • Scissors or sharp knife
  • Bucket of warm soapy water (helps with rubber beading)

How Difficult Is Assembly?

Watch our installation videos to decide. Most greenhouses can be built with patience and time, but if you'd rather have it assembled professionally, check out our installation services.

For reference, a 8x8ft greenhouse takes two people about a day to build.
