Wondering where you order is?  We ship greenhouses and other large accessories through Mainfreight.  As long as we have your email address, you should get an email notification as soon as a Mainfreight sticker is placed on the boxed greenhouse ready for collection.  Sometimes these emails go to your junk or spam folder, so please check there as well.  Mainfreight is typically delivering in 2-3 days anywhere in the North Island, and about 5-7 days for the South Island.

Small items are shipped through NZ couriers and you will also get a tracking email from them as soon as your item is tagged for pickup in our warehouse. 

If you have ordered something from our Materials and Coverings page, most of these items we do not carry in our warehouse but are drop shipped directly to you from our supplier, and typically leave their warehouse within 2 days of your order.  These items are generally taking 1-2 weeks to get to customers, depending on where it's ordered from.  They have warehouses on both North and South Islands with different stock in both. 

If you have any questions about your order, please email admin@wintergardenz.co.nz with your order name, and preferably your Invoice # as well.  This should be easy to find by simply forwarding us your confirmation email from an online order, or your invoice if you ordered by phone.  If you ordered through one of our retailers, please follow up with them.  We have PO's from retailers rather than customer names, so you will need to ask the retailer you ordered through and have them contact us to lookup your order. 

Like most businesses worldwide, we have and do experience delays from time to time with shipping, staff shortages, and acquiring materials.  However one of our advantages is we mostly source materials from here in New Zealand, and we manufacture the greenhouses in our warehouse.  We keep a large supply of stock in our warehouse in Kumeu and pending material supply and the order queue, are generally still able to turn around orders in 4 weeks or less.  This is sometimes longer with custom or large greenhouses, but 4 weeks is about our average greenhouse lead time.
